GDO Accountants was set up in 1986 by the principal, Geoff O’Hehir. He set the business up as a way to provide for his family without having to travel all around the world for large companies.
In 2006 Geoff’s son Paul joined the firm and has progressed through his qualifications to also become a Chartered Certified Accountant.
Our clients range from small start-ups, as small and medium sized local businesses, including limited companies, family firms and sole traders. With technology being what it is, we now provide services for businesses no matter where they are based. We encourage you to get in touch, no matter where you are based.
We have always believed that building success is as much about building relationships as it is your profit margins. For many years we have been established part of the local community assisting in a number of voluntary organisations.

Building upon the foundation laid by his father, Geoff O’Hehir, Paul has dedicated over 20 years to the firm, ensuring it maintains its personal approach while embracing modern, tech-forward accounting solutions.

Amy is a valuable and highly motivated member of the Accounts and Payroll team, supporting clients with daily bookkeeping and payroll tasks. She brings a fresh perspective to the team and is currently studying toward her AAT qualification, dedicated to advancing her professional expertise.
