Year-End Accounts
Preparing your year-end accounts is more than just a box-ticking exercise; it is a statutory requirement that reflects the financial health of your business. Based on the information entered and reconciled in your accounting software package, we manage the entire production process of your limited annual accounts.
The core purpose of this service is to assist you in meeting your specific obligations as company directors under the Companies Act 2006. We take your day-to-day records and transform them into compliant statutory reports. Beyond compliance, we use this opportunity to schedule your tax computation, mitigate tax arising where possible, and ensure you are claiming all valid breaks. We also advise you on the adequacy of your records, helping you improve your financial processes for the future.

FAQ's
Is this an audit?
No. We will provide a report addressed to the Board of Directors stating that we have compiled the accounts from your records and information supplied, but we have not carried out an audit.
What are my responsibilities as a Director?
You must keep records of receipts, payments, debtors, creditors, and stock. You are also responsible for approving and signing the accounts, thereby acknowledging responsibility for them.
What happens if I don't provide records on time?
Company accounts must be filed by strict deadlines. If you fail to provide records in line with our request, we cannot be held responsible for any late filing penalties charged by Companies House.
Do you check if my records are accurate?
We prepare accounts based on the records you maintain. While we do not “audit” them, we will advise you if we find your records are inadequate and recommend improvements.
